In the segment, which can be found in their Videogames can be Explicit, Addictive story, they talk with neurotherapist Ron Swatzyna, who says that gamers’ “brains can not tell the difference between being in real combat and being in a game,” and continues to say that “the brain is going into a survival mode.”
This is why I love our local Fox affiliate. It’s just like their father, Fox News Channel: over-sensationalized and does whatever it can to scare the crap out of people. It seems tabloid news still sells for some people. I’m looking over at you too, local NBC affiliate. Brian Williams would be ashamed knowing what his lead-in was in Houston.
